I swung by this Esso on Bayview Avenue this afternoon to fuel up and grab a quick coffee before heading out for holiday errands. The pumps were all functioning smoothly, and the lot was cleared of snow pretty well, making it easy to maneuver even with the winter mess around. I went for the touchless car wash afterward—it handled the salt and grime nicely without scratching anything. Inside the Circle K, things were organized and clean, with fresh coffee brewing and the basics in stock. The cashier was courteous and efficient, no long wait despite a few people in line. It's right at the Major Mackenzie intersection, so pulling in and out is straightforward, even on a busy day like today. Handy location for locals in Richmond Hill needing a reliable stop.

You gas up you get a run around when you need your receipt they don’t put paper for your receipt, in the pumps in the evenings bad enough you have to go inside to pre-pay your purchase then you have to go back and lineup again to get your receipt this Esso station is very bad for that. You could save time if you go over to Petro Canada or shell across the street. You don’t have to go back and lineup to get your receipt inside the store

Esso at Bayview/Major Mackenzie Drive always has a better price than the one in Elgin Mills/Leslie in the evenings. Service is friendly.

Manager was super rude and lied to us and then tried to play it off, saying we should pay 32 dollars for their ice insted of 7 at Costco, they made up some lie about needing a vendor badge when shopping at Costco when that's just false information. Can't believe they tried to scam us like yhis

Avoid at all costs! Workers at this location do have attitude and are rude towards customers. Their car wash does not work properly as only less than half of the nozzles spray... scammers! How does Esso does not disqualify such individuals ??
