I strongly recommend avoiding this place. Customer service was totally inadequate, they didn't print the label, no packaging (except the basic envelope), and the person at the desk seemed annoyed by my questions. That's not acceptable for a FedeX shipment (which is already very expensive).

I came here to return a medical pillow that was supposed to be returned to Amazon, but the owner of the service center refused to accept and said we don't have a box the size of it and you have to get one, which is against Amazon's customer service policies.

Came here to ship a product - no box no label and was very kindly guided throughout with great help. Didn’t get the name, but thank you!
