Found my new regular spot. I’ve been coming here for a few months now and the stylists are professional. They actually listen to what you want but also know how to give advice on what works for your hair type. The attention to detail is great. Highly recommended!

Brought my little boy here for his first haircut- he has been very shy about getting cuts in the past but the lady accommodated so well and did a wonderful job. He loves it! I also got a trim and was very pleased- she was very effective and put in a few layers to give my hair volume. Both professional and top notch results.
We will be back again - thankful for a great experience!

I went there only asked for shampoo and blow dry, it charged me total $59.24; seriously? The most important thing is they know it’s my first time there, but no one even explained the price to me in the beginning!! Blow dry counts styling? That’s ridiculous, my friend went to one of the other Great Clips in Richmond hill, only $10 for shampoo and blow dry, that’s the reasonable price!!!

Low level men’s cut. Went back to have it fixed and still not fixed but good enough to pass, for the price I should’ve just booked in at a proper barber shop but needed a haircut on the fly… never again

The ladies there are super friendly and professional from the moment you walk in, my hairdresser listened to what I wanted and had a consultation with me instead of jumping in, she took her time

I got my hair cut with Magaly. It was the worst haircut! She butchered my hair! I showed her a picture of a style I wanted & still managed to screw it up badly! There was no other customer waiting to cut their hair so I don't understand the rush! She got razor happy & was just haphazardly using the razor on my hair! She wasn't careful at all! I told her that she messed up my hair & her response was I did the best I could! If this is your best imagine your worst! I am LIVID how can I go out in public looking like this!!!!! If I could I would give zero stars for her!!
