After having stopped working out due to the lockdowns, I had not been able to achieve pre-pandemic performance levels until I joined the Fit Room. The workouts are varied and challenging, the coaches are always looking out for you, the crowd is very friendly and supportive. Plus, they have nutrition and accountability systems to nudge you in the right direction so you improve and keep the motivation to push yourself. I definitely recommend it :)”

“I’ve been going to this gym for six months now, and has really helped me improve and make progress. Even though I’ve been doing strength training for ten years, I couldn’t do pull-ups or chin-ups with my bodyweight without assistance before. Now, I can easily do several reps on my own. My overall strength has improved significantly. Recently, I hit a personal record of 265 lb in my free squat.
Every time I come to the gym, I hit a new personal record, which is so motivating. Anthony, the coach, is incredibly dedicated, kind, and hardworking. He pushes and encourages everyone to improve, and his support makes a big difference.

“I came to this gym for the first time today and wow!! this branch is absolutely amazing, located just upstairs in loblaws, I walk in and the staff are very polite and friendly, it’s very clean, there is a great variety of machines to use, I 100% will be back.
I had to drop a star solely for the early closing time at 3 p.m. on the weekends, I would love if this time can be extended.”

Gym for people living near tower hill . The fat check was done appropriately. I told the trainers I like to mostly do my own thing and they never pushed any classes on me since then so that’s the reason for 5 star rating .”
“Great gym, great staff, super clean. I want to give it 5 stars the only issues I have is it can be a bit cramped at times, and with it being a smaller gym there isn't a huge variety of equipment but they have made a considerable effort to get a good variety and some things I haven't seen in bigger commercial gyms. The side room with mats and a separate smaller set of dumbbells is also a nice touch a good spot to abs or cardio, or stretching and warm up before starting a workout. Overall awesome gym glad to be there, just wish it was a little bigger.”
