We had the pleasure of calling on Karl & Son when our oven broke. The part we needed was not in stock. Karl & Son ordered it for us and we picked it up a few days later. Very helpful and pleasant service. Staff are knowledgeable and patient. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend..
