Today I went to the store, and when I tried to check out, my cart had an error. One of the cashiers (I saw her name from her label she was Karen ,Korean or Chinese) was very polite and patient and helped me solve the problem. She was smiling the entire time, and it was clear that she was very well trained and professional.
