“Been here twice now with no appointment. Quick oil change first time, combo oil and tire swap second. Every person there was courteous and professional. I saw the manager keep an eye on the younger guys. I had an older used car, one of the young guys showed me the engine and cabin filter showing they need change and he was right, no tricks just proof. Great service”

“Customer service and overall service 10/10! My fiancé got an oil change here for a good price. However we ended up losing our keys which we realized only after getting home around 30-45 minutes after closing. Unfortunately without them, we couldn’t get into our house. After listening to our story, the gentleman we spoke to arranged a way for us to get them back despite it being outside store hours. We are so grateful for the pure kindness and understanding the employees have shown us!”

“Today I had my oil changed at this branch. The service took only about 10–15 minutes. The cost was $126 + tax= $143. In August 2025, I paid $117 at the Jiffy Lube Markham branch, which means the price has increased by about 20%. I understand that the cost of oil and other expenses has gone up since last year.
Overall, I was satisfied with the service at Jiffy Lube. The staff were efficient and friendly the service was quick and professional. This branch has a specious waiting area with coffee machine.”
