When I heard about 12 Moving i was pretty impressed my the customer service. The lady I talked to was very polite and explained everything very well. When the lads came to move the stuff it was great. I basically just watched TV and they did all the work. The we went to my new house and offloading was supper quick. 100% recommend this company - they helped us move a Yamaha digital piano with skill and care when the original movers we hired decided they were not qualified for such a delicate operation. Jess offered me a delivery for the next day (!), and Taras and his partner gave us an accurate ETA. As soon as they started we were confident they knew what they were doing, and would take excellent care of our piano. A terrific customer service experience from start to finish!
