Very poor customer service, I went there to ask them clean my necklace that it seems it was oxidized, sales lady was responding in a very rude way and she said put it in the water and baking soda !!! Whatever else me and my daughter asking them they were responding very unpolite way. After that I went to vaughan mills location and they did for me very well!! I never go this location anymore.

Absolute terrible customer service , no sense of urgency. Workers are slow , do not even attempt to make eye contact . During Christmas it is mind blowing the lack of customer service.

Niki was the person who helped me and I had the best experience shopping in Pandora. She was very professional and had so much patience with me, one more time thanks to her I found my favourite charm and I love it.

I absolutely loved the service I received from this store. They polished my bracelets checked their stock for what I was looking for and were wonderful throughout the process. Christina even rearranged my charms (with my permission) and made my bracelets look better than ever. I highly recommend this store!

I am a loyal client of pandora’s but this Pandora is the worst. I recently went and I asked them to clean one of my earrings which is a service that they provide. They said that they will do their best. They gave it back untouched. They blatantly lied to my face. Thanks for nothing. If I need anything, I will be visiting the Vaughan mills one.

My review is poor because they were not able to help me.I love your jewelry BUT second time now I lost a stone in my ring and I went to the store to get it fixed or replaced and they want a receipt. I don’t have one. So I’m out of luck. This is not acceptable.

I went to hillcrest Pandora to do a warranty exchange for my daughter's bracelet. I did not have the receipt. There was a super kind young lady working there who was extremely helpful. She asked her manager and the manager took the time to look up the receipt using the date of purchase. Unfortunately the bracelet has been discontinued and she could not re-order. The manager and the young co-worker went out of their way to call different stores to see if they can locate a store that carries the bracelet and to find one that would also accept to do a warranty exchange. I was super impressed by their customer service and kindness.

I made a couple purchases at this store on Wednesday and I regret buying from this store. This was my first time at a Pandora store and I asked to see some charms and bracelets for my niece but I got a very unpleasant attitude from the elderly lady working at the time. It's like she wanted me to tell her exactly what I wanted so that she didn't want to bring out different trays to show me different options. It's not like she was busy with another customer and I wasn't asking her to bring out everything (all I wanted was to see a couples trays of charms that a 10yrs old girl would like like stars and hearts) so I don't see why she had to act so annoyed. If she doesn't want to help or deal with customers face to face I think she's in the wrong line of work. She definitely needs to work on her people skills. I won't be returning to this location to make any future purchases.

I had a very bad experience today with the manager. I went in today to see if I could possibly exchange my bracelet that broke for the second time as they offer a one year warranty on their jewelry. The receipt was given to the manager and she explained that I can’t get a new bracelet as the warranty only applies to the original purchase even though the store where I exchanged it for the first time said I can get a new one if anything happens from the day of the exchange… anyways that’s fine and completely understandable. However that was not the problem, the problem was the managers attitude. I came there politely asking if possibly they can do something but instead of explaining everything in a proper tone, for no reason at all she was talking down to me and my friends while making rude comments which were completely unnecessary. Her comments implied we were stupid and that I should be barely wearing my jewelry if I didn’t want it to break, which should not be the case for the price you pay at pandora as quality jewelry does not just snap. This is horrible customer service. She should be spoken to or fired as after reading through the reviews there have been many complaints against her. The owner of this store needs to do something as it is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional.

Visited Pandora at Hillcrest Mall on Sunday to have my bracelet washed and polishedThe staff was so friendly, service was so great....staff shared her cleaning tips and helped me measure my bracelet and also showing me new itemsI am so happy with the service I received from the staff
