Today ( Dec 27th 2025)my dog had a grooming appointment with Amir at PetSmart Hightech, and I am extremely satisfied with his work.
Amir was very professional, patient, and attentive, and he handled my dog with great care and kindness. The grooming was done thoroughly and beautifully, and the final result was clean, neat, and exactly what I was hoping for.
The overall experience was very positive, and it’s clear that Amir truly takes pride in his work. I would definitely come back and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great groomer.

This is the 3rd time that I brought my dog Tokio to grooming service at Richmond hill location. I want to say thank you again to Rita the groomer, she has been taking care of my dog on all this opportunities with a very professional and caring process.
I know the grooming process for my dog usually takes time and Rita always does an amazing job; the communication from her side is always properly, she asks before and after the process and give us some recommendations to how to continue taking care of my pet’s hair.
Please don’t hesitate in book your appointment with Rita. She’s amazing.

We had a really great experience with Marjan. My dog is a rescue and gets very anxious, but Marjan was extremely patient and gentle with her. She handled everything calmly and professionally, and we were very happy with the quality of her work. Highly recommend her grooming service.

Terrible experience. An employee was rude to me and my dog. It’s a pet store, this shouldn’t happen. Won’t be returning.

I had a really disappointing experience at this PetSmart. I came in with my dog to look for some clothes, which is the whole point of a pet store, and the employee was extremely rude. Instead of offering help, they told me to leave…. even though I was the one there with an actual pet. It made no sense and felt very disrespectful. PetSmart is supposed to be a welcoming place for animals and their owners, but this location clearly doesn’t care about customer service. I won’t be coming back.

Avoid the Richmond Hill store. Always have problems there. This time I did an on-line order. Got home and found I was missing an item that I paid for. My fault....should have checked before I left the store. But why should I? They should be competent enough to fill an order correctly. Later learned the same thing happened to a friend. I think they're trying to pull a fast one. Go shop at Pet Valu. Staff are professional and you never feel ripped off.

This location is absolutely terrible. They never have enough staff available to help customers, and even when someone finally does assist you, the prices are inconsistent. Last week I was given one price, and today I was charged something different for the same item.
I stood in line for 30 minutes with no one helping at the cash register. The managers were just walking around watching and doing nothing. When it was finally my turn, they told someone else to go ahead instead. Completely unacceptable.
The prices are extremely high, and the level of service is far below any reasonable expectation. I strongly recommend avoiding this PetSmart. It’s overpriced, disorganized, and the customer service is awful.

I had a very disappointing experience with the PetSmart Pet Hotel. The staff did not provide a professional or comfortable accommodation for my cat — the space was too small, and I was shocked to find the resting spot covered with a towel.
Before booking, I was given misleading information about the hotel’s conditions and services, which turned out to be completely inaccurate. Communication was also poor, with delayed responses and missing details about my cat’s care.
Overall, the way my cat was kept felt careless and unprofessional. I truly hope PetSmart takes this feedback seriously and improves their standards for animal care and customer communication.
