I had a good experience recently.I had bought a refrigerator from there and I had some problems about delivery of it . I went to store and talked with a manager (I think his name is Kart),who took care about my problem and helped me a lot .

I had a good experience today. There's a lot of staff in the store who are ready to answer questions. They knew precisely which aisles the items I was looking for.

Depends on the associate that helped. People don't pick up the phones when trying to call in. Much room for improvement.
