They don’t even deserve a one star! After telling me my jewelry won’t rust that’s why I bought the necklace and bracelet it did 3 weeks later! Took it back they were extremely rude! Did absolutely nothing! Took the rusted jewelry back but did nothing about it!!!! Wouldn’t let me talk to management nothing!!!! Absolutely disgusted with them!!!

I bought a pair of earrings here and the next day I wanted to change it to a larger size, the lady there told me that I could not change it and said that they did not have large earrings, whereas I was seeing that they had large earrings and she turned her back and did not take care of me, they are very good when you are going to buy with money, they are not interested when you are going to change, I am not satisfied, I do not think I will come again

I had the worst experience today at this store. I bought a piercing nose ring and tried on a necklace at the same time. When I went to pay for the nose ring, I didn't check the bill, but the lady had also included the necklace. When I told her it was a mistake, she said she couldn't take it back, and I had to buy both. Have you ever seen anything like this before? It's unbelievable. I had to insist to get the necklace back. I told her it's not fair, and I'm here to resolve the issue, but she insisted she couldn't refund my money It's unbelievable!!??
