I had an issue with my 2016 hyundai sonata’s engine for the first time last year. I took my car to this location and Oscar Loucel from the service department took care of my car, even though they were busy he handled it so professionally and i got my car fixed for the same day! He also gave me some additional advice for my car. I had an issue again last week with the engine, I just took my car straight there without any hesitation to fix it and luckily he was the one again who helped me and here it is again within 1 week everything was done and Hyundai Canada replaced my car’s engine because of recall. Thank you very much Mr. Oscar Loucel for your perfect job and I really wish that every kind of service to be provided like yours. Appreciate it!!!

Had an appointment with Mo, had a great experience. He eased my worries regarding the service and additional costs possibly added regarding the service for my car battery. He was professional, efficient, and easy to connect with when talking to him. He went beyond the call of duty when he discovered a small issue with the window and was able to get the technician to take a quick look at it. Overall, he made the experience enjoyable and stress-free.

Got my car serviced with Mo today at RH Hyundai.It was one of the greatest and most straightforward experiences I have ever had.I have always been sceptical when it comes to dealerships because for a fact majority of them are not very honest and they would do anything to up charge their customers. And Mo changed that perception for me today with this great experience.

Had a great experience purchasing my first car, the new 2024 Elantra. All because of this amazing bunch - Fisher, Brek, and Nikita - everyone was so kind and helpful, they were patient and in touch in every step of the process. Brek didn't let me leave the dealership without explaining every single thing I need to know about the car, which makes the experience a whole lot better, specially after I drove the car out of the dealership. Simply the best. :)

I have oil change today and had a very very bad experience I ever had. I was entitled 20 free oil changes when I bought my car. Today they said they can't find it in the computer and any paper record. I have to go back home to bring them the original receipt. After they looked ar the receipt, they told me there was no such offer in it. While my wife went for payment, I was able to find the free oil change offer clearly typed in the receipt. This was a really bad experience with Richmond Hill Hyundai.
