Lin and Kevin were absolutely fantastic to work with. I had a complicated situation with multiple changes, including moving phone numbers and switching lines, and they handled everything with professionalism and patience. They were helpful at every step, explained things clearly, and worked as quickly as possible to get everything sorted out. It made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and easy. Highly recommend working with them if you need knowledgeable and reliable support.

All of the workers are very nice and great at explaining everything so you can understand. They don’t get frustrated and stayed patient whenever we were confused and had extra questions.

I came to the store, and Kevin helped me to transfer my cell plan from Fido to Rogers very quick and efficient. He is highly knowledgeable to solve a complicated issue fast.
