Got two lines hooked up coming back to Roger’s from an other provider and this store was amazing !! “” Bilal “” set me up with two lines and Apple Watch line . Did everything in his power to apply right discounts on RPP plans . Great service very professional !! Thanks !!

I recently upgraded my phone at the Rogers store in Hillcrest Mall, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. During the activation, the staff assured me that the $60 activation fee would be waived within three billing cycles. Three months later, not only has the fee not been waived, but other promised credits have also not materialized.They forcefully sold me phone protection for three months, claiming a $50 bill credit would be applied. To my dismay, no such credit has been seen on any of my bills. Additionally, there was supposed to be a $75 credit from the store, which has not been provided.This level of unfulfilled promises and lack of transparency is unacceptable. I advise others to steer clear of this store to avoid being misled and experiencing the same frustrations. Customer service should prioritize honesty and follow through on commitments.

I can't say enough positive things about Roger store franchise. The store offers a fantastic selection of products that cater to a variety of needs. The staff was incredibly friendly and approachable, readily available to answer my questions and provide assistance. They made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. [Rogers Store Franchise is my go-to store for all my shopping needs, and I highly recommend it to others.I had a very pleasant experience at Roger Store Franchise especially services provided by Mr Sam. He was very understanding, helpful and gave excellent customer service. Because of his services I will visit the store again.

Warning: This is a dealer location.Watch your bills. They say they will credit you for the activation fee. For me they didn’t do it and say to wait 3-4 months for it to show up. But Rogers Corporate says after 3 months to go back to the dealer store.Lots of back and forth between dealer and corporate with the customer being ping-ponged back and forth.In the end, I never got my activation credit as promised.
