Car wash down again...aswell a King City...absolutely hopeless operator at both sites. I asked the staff to provide the manager's name, he is unable to give to me as per managers instructions. ...i am totally baffled by time... I also ask for Shell Helpline, unable to provide to me, ask me to on search Google website...I subscribe to shellcar wash monthly...dissatisfied..

Tried carwash few times and there is soap left after wash every time. Wouldn't recommend doing carwash at this site

Deducted money but didn't pump, tried again Deducted again and the same. In a very long follow up until they refunded. Don't use Shell. it Asks so many questions and systems are slow and it messes up transactions.

Shows wrong price in google . How can we trust and i drove kilometres to fill petrol here and its just the same price as everywhere.
Atleast be honest with the price!!!

Please do NOT go to this place, they do not do any kind of airmiles redemption for gas as per the Cashier, all guns are prepay and there is no way to prepay by using airmiles. Same issue other commentor experienced, hope I had reviewed other’s comments before I went to this place. I live nearby, it was my preferred place before, thought I should support local. But I was way wrong, from now on you will not have any of my business

I wish there was ‘zero star’ option… The worst customer service I ever had. I had problem with car wash and when I asked for help they answered why you use the car wash if you dont know how to use it….will never return

Beware this location is choosing when they participate in the Air Miles program. Went to prepay and the clerk said no air miles redemptions. I avoid this location at all costs. Give your business to another station.
