Bad car wash & non professional inside store operator response.
I have car wash subscription and went to car wash at this Yonge Garden but in the middle before dry car wash struck & stopped. I called operator which he said drive out and meet me once I met him in reception he said you didn’t buy instore so call Shell for solution or come after 3-days on Monday to meet manager while my car have soap & water, put me go to other car wash as here I will not let you go in re wash or will not issue re wash ticket. It’s really non-sense, non professional & non commercial.
Once I call Shell they said we are off which make me helpless as these companies only interested to sale & make money & forcing customers after payment go to hell. Very disappointed & suggestion not to go to this Shell car wash any more.

UPDATE: I have escalated this and taking legal action against this location, will provide an update shortly.
Visited this Shell station recently and experienced a serious safety issue.
One of the metal curbs/edges at the entrance is broken, bent upward, and extremely sharp. When I drove in at normal speed, the exposed metal sliced directly into my front tire and caused an immediate blowout.
This is not normal wear — it’s a clear hazard that has obviously been left unrepaired for a long time. The sharp metal edge is dangerous not only to cars, but also to pedestrians.
I contacted Shell Canada and submitted photos. They have opened a formal case and are reviewing the station’s maintenance and safety practices. I hope this location fixes the issue quickly to avoid other drivers (or families with kids) being put at risk.
Definitely be careful when entering this station. I will not be returning.

I visited your store on October 21st around 1:30 PM to purchase lottery tickets. The attendant informed me that the system was being restarted and it would take about 20 minutes. I find it unusual that restarting a lottery terminal would take that long. Please consider hiring better-trained staff or ensuring proper system management to avoid such inconvenience.

I filled up on gas and then went in to buy a lotto ticket. I had a winning ticket of a free ticket and $5 dollars. I took about 10 seconds to decide what to do. The cash attendant asked me 4 times during that time if I wanted Encore. Because I took that long to decide what to do, he called me an idiot. I may be an idiot (compared to some) but that’s just rude. I’m so pissed right now. I wish I could say that I’ll never go back there but damn, their gas is the cheapest in the area. Hopefully the owner reads this reviews and fires the attendant. I’m a bitter customer right now!

Please take a look at the attached picture. They charge the MOST for the basic car wash. I reported that to Shell (Mr. Chris) about a month ago, but there has been no action yet. I just reported them to BBB.
