Used the ultimate car wash at this location and my number plater and plate holder got damaged after the wash. I was told someone would contact me regarding this issue but no one contacted me yet. Don’t use the car wash at those location.

Please stop lying about your prices. I travelled out of the way to fill up based on your advertised price, which was actually 10c (8c after my discount) higher when I actually arrived.

Poor performance for the soft-cloth carwash at this location. I have used other Shell soft-cloth wash in GTA and this is the worst.

If I could give no stars, I would. First time at Shell, and probably going to be my last. I had accidentally paid through the app for a different counter and ran in to ask the cashier for help. Instead of helping, she asked me to go to the person who I had accidentally paid for and ask him to pay me. Isn't that a part of your job?? It's a really bad customer service.

This Shell used to be my go to place for a quick self serve car wash. Now the car wash has been closed for almost half year now (machine wash still open). Every time I go there the cashier told me it will be fixed next month, that never happened. Phone forever unanswered, very disappointed.

Self Car Wash still closed. If you aren't going to repair it, at least turn off the lights and put a sign visible from the street
