AWFUL HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM VISHAN. I asked a question and he proceeded to say “open your eyes” and made the gesture suggesting I’m “crazy”. Whoever owns this station, SHAME on you and your employees. SUCH AN UNPROFESSIONAL DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR.
