I would give 0 stars to specifically this location and the staff.
I had a terrible experience at the Swarovski store in Hillcrest Mall. The manager, Tammy, was incredibly rude and unhelpful when I went in to get my necklace, which was under warranty, fixed. Instead of helping, she told me the store was a "franchise" and had nothing to do with Swarovski, which made me question the store’s legitimacy.
Tammy refused to fix the necklace but offered to buy it back for $70, far less than what I paid. She insisted I use the $70 credit immediately, clearly pushing for a sale. Her loud, unprofessional behavior was embarrassing the whole store could hear her almost screaming and trying to tell me how helpful she is. On top of all this back and forth she left me in the middle of our conversation, she got frustrated and walked away to conduct an interview with someone else.
This store doesn’t care about its customers and only focuses on sales. I won’t be returning, and I hope the owner takes action to address this unacceptable behavior.

Very bad experience here at the store. The sales stuff knew nothing about the product promotion and didn't give proper information. Both the stuff and the manager behaved very indifferent and unprofessional, all they suggested was to purchase more items. Very very disappointment.
Highly recommended to avoid this store, if you have to shop, go to Upper Canada Mall or Promenade mall instead where the stuff are much nicer, more friendly and informative.
I would give zero star to this store.

The service at this location is fantastic. Thank you to Tammy and Sara who have both helped me choosing products and assisting me with an issue which was easily resolved. Swarovski offers a 2 year warranty which is fabulous. Love this location!! Upon a visit to Bayview Village I stopped into that location, however, they weren't forthcoming with any assistance with my issue. This is my go to place and they are always willing to help.

I recently encountered an issue with a pair of earrings I received as a gift. After wearing them for two years, they started to wiggle, and I simply wanted to have them fixed because I love them dearly. The exceptional service provided by the store workers completely turned the situation around. When I brought the issue to their attention, they handled it with the utmost professionalism and efficiency. They listened attentively to my concerns and quickly offered a solution, going above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Not only did they promptly replace the faulty item, but they also took the time to ensure that I was completely happy with the resolution. Their dedication to customer service truly impressed me, and I left the store feeling grateful for their assistance. I highly commend the Swarovski store workers for their outstanding commitment to customer satisfaction.

I love Swarovski Jewellery. i always buy them for my self and gifts for family and friends. love this location. The represntatives are very nice, sweet, respectful, and welcoming. Love how they help around and help you choose. one time i went when was almost closing time. I was buying something, the represntatives waited for me so patiently and helped me choose and buy.
