Called 3 days ago for an appointment. Message said they'll return the call within 1 business day. Nothing. Terrible customer service. Falls on the branch manager. Need to hire someone competent.

I was at the branch at 3 p.m on Wednesday Feb 28 for loan pay out cheque.Nobody could do it like always and I asked them for a supervisor or manager to show them what to do .But all the managers were at meeting at the same time and I had to wait until 4 p.m .It's so ridicules that even one of them didn't show up for such a case.That's all I can do to leave a review for others....To me , TD bank waste the money over this branch.....

Would give zero stars if I could. To be fair, the front line staff is fine but the behavior from the laughably titled Customer Experience Manager, Tiffany, is juvenile, offensive, and unprofessional at best.This is coming from a customer of 3 decades. Have opened a new account for my child with TD prior to this experience. Will not consider any form of TD products forward.Try the BMO in the mall or RBC across the street instead.

A simple USD transaction took way too long. They don't own up to their mistakes and in the end, I didn't even get the denominations I had requested. Terrible service.

This is the best bank ever! I have been a long time customer and they've always been accommodating! I have to give two huge shout- outs to, David Rucchetta (Personal Banker) and Alejandra Priore (Asst.Manager) They both are exceptional and look after their customers! I appreciate you both! Thank you for everything! I highly recommend this bank and branch They will look after any products or banking needs that you may have!

Poor customer experience during the past 4 visits that I made. Quite incompetent management and visible lack of training or supervision for the staff made each visit a headache.14 years being a TD loyal customer makes you realize how a new branch has been undermined and miss proper training comparing to many other branches.

I rate this branch 4 stars due to the excellent service provided by the staff, especially Ms. Mahboobeh Parvareshnejad. Her helpful guidance and valuable recommendations have been consistently beneficial. However, I have some concerns about the interactions with one of the staff as her demeanor hasn't been as friendly on multiple occasions.

In the last 9 months, I went to this branch 3 times for my tax free saving account and GIC. 3 different "personal bankers" helped me. All of them were knowledgeable and helpful. 5 days ago, Aaron spent 90 minutes helping me invest to get a good return, and still have the flexibility to withdraw for unexpected rainy days. I said I did not want to take too much of his time. He said it was okay. I was impressed.

Honestly I would have given a zero star if I could. This location is nothing like any other bank on the face of this planet!! I have been with TD for more than a decade. A few days ago I went there for a very routine transaction. After waiting like 50 minutes in line I finally started talking to a young teller - SHUYUNG ZHAO.In my total amazement she asked me for 2 ID !! I said I have my driving license as usual and she said that she can not accept just one ID, I am going to have to have my passport on me as well !!!I asked the reason and she said that's what is shows on my profile!! I asked her to let me know about the reason and she didn't know.Finally, I convinced her that I have been living in canad for decades and have never faced this situation and I assume she had a change of heart! and started to do the transaction.After another six or seven minutes she said she sais she needs to ask help from other co-workers.At this time I asked to talk with her manager or actually anyone who could deal with the situation.The worst part was interacting with the manager of this location.This lady- Ms. ANAM SHAFIQUE showed up with the most unprofessional demeanor you could imagine. Did not let me explain, raised her voice and made condescending comments about my complaint. Started yelling (!!!!) , yes ! Literally yelling and when I finally raised my voice and asked her to stay civil and polite she yelled " THIS CONVERSATION IS OVER" , waived her hand like the queen and walked away!!I am honestly baffled.

This TD location has been my home branch for over ten years now, and I feel as more time goes by, the service has drastically declined. The lines are extremely long, half the tellers don't really know what they are doing, and I have had my cash counted wrong not once, but TWICE. I wanted to deposit $3,000 into my chequing account and the teller I dealt with wrongly informed me that there was only $2,900 after counting it twice. Finally, after insisting for the THIRD time that I was 100% positive I had $3,000 cash, they recounted and apologized for their error. This happened another time as well a few years ago unfortunately, with another teller. I find this to be very unprofessional.However, I will give credit where credit is due. I usually prefer online banking, but when I have to come into the branch for an issue, Tina never hesitates to assist me. She is fast, organized and helps me with whatever I need. I really appreciate her assistance and friendliness, and she gives me confidence that whatever issue I encounter, she will offer me a solution.

Waited 45 min in line , I have a business account with TD and the business line was closed even tho they were supposed to be open. Probably going to close my TD Bank permanently and go to a better bank

I'm currently in line. There were 5 people in front of me 30 mins ago. Now there are 4. I actually can't fathom why this branch is so slow. There are 10 employees behind the counters and only 2 stalls open. I've never seen people act so busy before and yet still nothing gets done.
