I bought washing machine on August , and it’s broken they just passing me around once they send the technician, he cleaned the machine but still same problems. They not helpful very very poor customer service I should have buy it from Costco .

Möe was just the absolute nicest guy ever! We came in, a bunch of kids and a crappy plan of how to cut 3 MDF boards. He spent at least 30 minutes patiently listening to us explain, and cut all of our pieces perfectly! He made me feel so welcome and was so helpful, incredible attitude! So grateful for him ??

Staff at the customer service desk are too busy talking amongst themselves to notice that customers were waiting in line. No one picks up the phone when you call - the automated service just rings forever. My friend waited days to pick up an order and found when she got there that it was sitting on the shelf (with the order and her personal information on it). There are plenty of Home Depot stores around so there's no reason to pick this one.

Store now opens at 8:00. I got in early at 7:45 unknown to me they were not open and was escorted out after I filled my shopping cart. They wouldn’t let me continue for 15 minutes. I wonder why Amazon will rule the world unfortunately.

These places are huge and have just about everything. I was looking for some flood control items but not sure where they were. I had found them on the Home Depot website so I knew they carried the product. I asked one of the associates and showed her the item on my phone. She was able to look it up and direct me to the correct aisle. Great customer service, all the time.

Last week I visited this branch the gentleman who was working in color section. I didn't saw him before. So smartly dealing with customers although there was short of staff I think. Lots of people was there. I saw name on his jacket Himanish I wish everyone work like him.
