A UPS that refuses to scan outbound packages, after requested 3 times in no ambiguous terms. They “cannot scan” UPS outbound items, at a UPS store. How do I know they’re not the one stealing the packages if the tracking # never made it to the depot?

Don’t go there! I initially thought all the bad reviews were just misunderstandings until I went myself.
