A UPS that refuses to scan outbound packages, after requested 3 times in no ambiguous terms. They “cannot scan” UPS outbound items, at a UPS store. How do I know they’re not the one stealing the packages if the tracking # never made it to the depot?

The attitude of the person that works here today is insane. This lady insulted me for not knowing how to do her job cause she was too lazy to get up off her chair and actually work. She’ll make eye contact with you when you walk in and do nothing to provide an ounce of help. Don’t expect any level of basic service here, it doesn’t exist.

Awful service, they just ignore you or just yell at you to throw your package on the floor.
Response to the owner's reply. Stop making things up. Both a woman and a man YELLED at me because they were all the way at the back of the store and couldn't be bothered to walk up to me to have a civilized conversation with the customer!

This the worst UPS I ever seen. It says on the door “locally owned” so probably this is tells a lot about the owner.
ADDED: The owner doesn’t bother himself when you walk-in. I didn’t leave a review because I had to pay lol. It’s because owner doesn’t care about your existence. And btw, all ups store always label and help with parcel. You are the only one in Toronto and GTA who didn’t. LEARN HOW NOT TO TURN YOUR CUSTOMERS AWAY

I asked for a shipping box. AT A UPS STORE They asked me what size, I said the smalles you have on your website. We have many boxes. After a while I showed here the box I wanted and she said: THIS IS A UPS BOX, YOU SHOULD HAVE ASKED FOR A UPS SHIPPING BOX. Isn´t this a UPS? How am I supossed to know that UPS and UPS Store are not the same... She was very rude and raised her voice to let me know that I should have asked for a UPS BOX (at a UPS store) for shipping and they are not the same. I just left.

Worst service ever！They don't really care anything you don't need to pay, Like pickup service, They only care about the services you need to pay at the store, Like ship out and printing service, Especially a woman who work at the store, If she know you just want to pickup, she don't even really want to leave her computer right deep inside the store and do the service for you instantly. I don't know why UPS will still let them be a dealer.

Expect to be ignored as soon as you walk in. The staff is generally rude and unhelpful. If you just need a small piece of tape to seal your package, be prepared to pay $3 for an entire roll. I highly recommend going to the location on HWY 7 and Woodbine instead—much better service and super friendly!
