Philip, from times square was one of the most helpful, kindest man I’ve met ever.
He was able to fix a bracelet for me, That I had taken to multiple jewellers to fix that couldn’t. His work plus his impeccable attitude made my expressed at times square enjoyable. Overall, I had an amazing experience with Phillip, the kind jeweler who fixed my broken bracelet. He was incredibly professional and attentive, and he made sure my bracelet looked as good as new. Highly recommend his services! Thank you.

A gentleman owns this store. He just saw me running through his store to change my watch's battery. He already locked the store and he was about heading home. He came back and opened the door of his store to change my battery. It was so nice of him and I would recommend this store for all the products and services for sure.

I chose a brown replacement watch strap. When I got home, I realized that the new strap had a golden buckle that clashed with my watch's silver casing. The next day, I took the watch back to Philip; he replaced the strap buckle with a silver one, free of charge.
