I had a great experience at UniGlassPro. Fadi followed up with my online inquiry the next morning and my windshield was replaced on the same day. They were responsive and cared to details, and made sure they keep my 407 transponder stickers for me!!

My back window trunk glasses was broken and I took it to this place they change in less than 2 hours. Very nice and clan job with the best customer service I ever experience. very pleasant people.

My windshield had a 30cm crack, so I went through my insurance to have it replaced. The service provided by the shop was excellent. They not only replaced the windshield but also applied a UV and rain-resistant film. I’m very impressed and highly recommend their service!

I spoke with various vendors before choosing Fadi for the windscreen replacement job. Talking to him over the phone, I could tell he knew what he was doing. He did an excellent job with the replacement and also completed both static and dynamic calibration. Highly recommended.

My insurance company recommended Uniglass to me when I need to replace the windshield. Fadi is the service guy who explained the process and the pros and cons of the windshield replacement in details. Can’t complain on that.
He scheduled my job on the next day and now I’m driving the car just after 28 hours I visited the store.
I don’t expect to encounter any more windshield problems on the road yet if the readers happen to have the need in the Richmond Hill area, I strongly recommend this company. Give them a call first and you would be a happy customer like me.
