Last year, while window shopping, I found the prices to be quite reasonable. However, this year, the prices have significantly increased, and it doesn't make sense to pay $50 for a used coat and similar items.

The store is big and spacious and items are priced and well displayed. You can donate your lightly used stuff and receive a discount coupon to make purchases. I love browsing through the book section. I have found some nice treasures there!

Great location. Fair prices. I would recommend VV to anyone looking for good deals. Wish they had more discounts.

Id love it if these places would lower the prices to clear stock, as theres so much on the racks and so much more coming in. Regardless with patience and time I usually manage to find a treasure or two. Prices are reasonable considering cost of new these days. Always fun to go thrift here. Take advantage of the drop off of goods and get coupon for 20% of your purchase too.

Large selection of clothes! Some of the dress pants looked almost new.Not as well organized as some of the other locations I've been to.No change rooms (lots of mirrors around the store though, 14 day return policy with original tags). Self-checkout available.Bring your own bag or purchase their reusable ones.

Great quality and selection! Prices can be a bit high, but you can still find some great deals!

Value Village has become insanely overpriced in recent years. I understand the cost of inflation but when I go to Plato's Closet I'm able to find much higher quality items at a fraction of the cost. I refuse to purchase clothing from this location based on that. However, there is often a very nice selection of houseware items. Some can be priced to be a little much but I often find things complete worth the value.

It was my first time at this location, and I found it to be a large location with a lot of nice things. It was clean and I had a friendly interaction with the self-serve employee. I recommend this location.

This is a prime example of corporate greed. Your self checkout is a joke and just pathetic. The amount of time wasted by customers waiting to check themselves out is appalling. The staff are useless as are the managers. If you have a problem at the self checkout, be prepared to wait a while. Do not waste your time here.

The store isn’t very organized. It’s large and has a wide selection but could be better laid out. There are also no dressing rooms to try anything on!

Value Village is an absolute gem of a thrift store, and can't praise it enough. As a seasoned thrifter, I've explored countless second-hand stores, but Value Village stands out as a true haven for both bargain hunters and those looking to make sustainable shopping choices.

It is not what it used to be. In addition to the rising ( often outrageous) and random pricing ,you can hear donations being broken in the back. ( Not to mention the usable items they toss ) The people putting items out are often rude and push their way through. The scan yourself cash has slightly decreased in the long lines to check out - but at the cost of local jobs.

Value Village in Richmond Hill is a thrift store that offers a delightful shopping experience. Not only does it provide a wide range of items, including clothing, home decor, and collectibles, but it also supports nonprofit organizations and promotes waste reduction through recycling. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, making the shopping experience enjoyable. With affordable prices and a clean, well-organized store, Value Village in Richmond Hill is a must-visit for those seeking thrifty treasures while making a positive impact on the community.

Dropped off a bunch of kids clothes and toys. Got a voucher and thought we'd pop in to see if there was anything we might need. Found lots of great items (clothes, jackets, ...), several of which looked brand new. Got great deals on all of them.
