I came to buy lotto and Rushabh help me a lot. Excellent customer service I ever had before from any convenience store. Thank you Rushabh for helping me and guide me how to play lotto. I recommend everyone to go there.

the person who works there is very creepy.
my wife dropped off a package with ups. the ups delivery driver was there and immediately picked up all the packages. the attendant at the store used their ups system to call my wife saying how theres an issue with the package. my wife went back to make sure everything was okay. the person then asked if he could keep her phone number. he was constantly trying to hitting on her and saying inappropriate things even though she was already walking away.
i would definitely avoid this place at all cost. they should not have access to personal and confidential information that they use for their personal gaincompletely unprofessional and will also report them to UPS.

The brown guy who works here was extremely rude to a customer. I came in with a package that was a bit large — we didn’t realize this was a convenience store, but we asked politely if we could drop it off. He didn’t even look at us, just nodded and said, “What company?” before going right back to staring at his phone.
If you’re too busy on your phone, then maybe you shouldn’t be working at the counter. If you didn’t want to take the parcel, we could’ve easily gone elsewhere. This kind of attitude is very unprofessional and ill-mannered.
I would suggested anyone who wants to dropped off/pick up their parcels go elsewhere. Saving yourself energy and unnecessary altercation.

The cashier sitting there is not friendly. The most irritating part is incorrect hours. I went there at 10:30 am since the time mention was 10am but it was close. Wasted my morning

The young man serving as cashier at this store to better trained to be pleasant, friendly & customer oriented.
I walked in to this store to drop off an Amazon return package.
The phone number I gave him didn’t work ( he said).
I repeated the number again very slowly.
To this , his answer was , “ I know English.”.
He was not patient to listen to the number I repeated to him.
I said thank you at the end, which he ignored.
He gave me the impression that I am at his mercy to get served at this store.
I am going driving a bit more to drop off the UPS parcel , rather than facing his unpleasant, non customer oriented attitude.
