Oh dear, the poor people here. I should have read the reviews of Volvo's Canadian mothership before buying. Wow, so disappointing! On my end, the brand new car has been in service three times for electronics failures. What fun!

Consider customer service with Volvo Canada as non existent.
They’ve offered ZERO response after two separate emails weeks apart.

You need to train your dealership hiring people to behave professionally.
Also every one starts somewhere no one is born with experiences. Gladly I don’t work for your company such a ugly environment you must have for employees.
