It’s been 1 year since Bayview installed my windows at Pike Lake. I never fill out a review on anything but after 1 year I’m totally satisfied with the product and workmanship. There was one problem that was dealt with right away . Rob sent two installers the next week. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone at Bayview right from Brian, Sean and the installation crew. Thanks again Bayview for a great job.

I am 76 years old, a 'long service', Military Vet., and have owned 4 different Homes across Canada. That, qualifies me to give this review.
In May 2024, I had a leak in my Kitchen window that sent rain water right down to the Basement floor! I had four(4) different Window 'Sales' people in my Home to assess the damage and to give me a quote on a New Window. In all this, I met Jonathan Inglis of 'Bayview Windows'. Only he offered to fix the damage and promised to replace any/all rotted wood - and so on. My wife had been bothering me about putting in a New 'Dinning Room' window and so we added that on. Jonathan gave me a quote for both windows and for two different Manufacturers. Too good to be true; and my being Scam-wise, I contacted Rob Fenn (Owner) to verify things before I released any money. The folks at Bayview Windows are 'very creditable' and Jonathan Inglis is 'for real'. As for the windows, we went with the more costly 'North Star' windows. I could go 'on & on' about Jonathan but lets just sum up and say that every Box is Checked. Jonathan is polite, and is very 'fussy' about every detail of his workmanship. He tolerated me as I watched, wanting to learn the new procedures of window installations, and explained everything that was new to me! I have 'never' had this quality of work and personality in any of my previous homes.
Go ahead; get three or four other quotes, I am sure Bayview Windows invites the challenge. And; Lots of luck in finding another tech as good as Jonathan (and his partner Sandeet).
I close in noting that we have now also had Bayview Windows/ Jonathan replace our Basement window.

I called for assistance with window hardware issues on older windows from a different contractor. Unfortunately they were not able to help me. Fortunately, Brian the Sales manager was very helpful referring me to other contractor that may be able to help me. I very much appreciated his professionalism and kindness. Thanks Brian.

Great company, highly recommend.
Very organized and streamlined process. Got 3 windows done and a double door replaced with a sliding door. The DEL windows are great, easy to operate (open close, screen remove) and the sliding door is a great upgrade.
Windows arrived ahead of schedule and the work got booked very promptly, a rarity these days.
Keith and crew were great. Arrived early/on time, very clean and the finishing work (trim/clean up) is top notch.
As with most home improvements, a few bumps and snags, but the crew communicated great and provided great options to get the job done.
The warranty of the windows and limited lifetime labour warranty are also a huge plus.
Very satisfied, thanks for the great work.

Bayview Windows replaced our windows a few years ago and yesterday replaced our front door, as well as the storm door. From Shawn, the sales rep, to the guys that came and installed, everyone was polite and professional. Best of all, the front entrance looks great!!

We got some windows and front door replaced about 3 years ago. Unfortunately, we are not very happy with the service from this company. The man taking our order for the door assured me of what I was getting, I went through the pamphlet and chose everything. For the front door, I wanted a specific type of glass on a specific type of door. It took a few months before installation and I was surprised that the door that was installed was not the right door, and had a different window (with several different types of glass) then what was requested. I was told the hinges would be silver, but they were black. This is not a big deal but it’s weird when they specifically told me what colour they would be to match the door handle.I called after installation to discuss the incorrect door and they brushed me off stating that what I wanted would have been more expensive so they went with this option, even though I was never given this alternative quote or option. They said they matched the hinges to the metal parts on the door, but again, I did not request this type of door.They also forgot to caulk several parts of the windows, which I ended up doing myself. They left our house in a massive mess – caked on dust everywhere. Though this maybe isn’t their fault we were not warned about it beforehand. I’m more upset by the incorrect door.

Went with Bayview on a recommendation when renovating our ensuite bathroom last year. Really pleased with the service and the windows. Ordered 3 more windows and was not expecting them to be ready until April. Got a call yesterday and the 3 windows are all done today, in just under 4 hours. Quick, clean, friendly. All round wonderful service.
