my parents and i had hurontel since we haved to the area back in 2011, and in bruce county, they only serve hurontel in Kincardine, Bervie, Lucknow, Point Clark and Ripley and i we had cable tv since 2021 and they had pretty nice options for television since i like tv guide videos and others and they also have a little bit of slow wi-fi and is not that bad. great service and cable tv provider for my tv guide surfing videos

The wingham branch has a very rude lady working for customer service but even after all the grief a Mr Kevin personally called me to try to rectify the problem which I respect greatly, it is a good company all around just some rude people in that wingham office that should really not be in customer service that is all

This week I had two separate problems with my hurontel services. I called support for help. Both times I got the same tech. Dylan was understanding , thorough and resolved both problems for me. Today I got a call from Dylan just checking to make sure every was ok. Local company great service.We are lucky to have Hurontel

As a local business owner I was very pleased with the general service they've provided over the years, and quite recently with some changes I was making. They always seem to try their hardest to get things working to my liking in a short time frame and are great about calling back with internet support in a timely manner. Kevin Galloway and Matt Black are always particularly helpful.

Tv is way behind. You will see a new episode, over a month later. You have to buy netflix for lack of tv service and the internet is too slow can't even watch that. You call tech support and they say because you used it , it is slow. Even tech support said his hurontel internet is supposed to be 100 mg but only getting 50!! If you comment negative on fb page it gets deleted. Waiting for rogers or anything to come here!!!! Will switch immediately. Advertises fiber television but is no fibre going to your home. On demand is pathetic as well. Be lucky if you get something from the 90s to watch! Pvr is supposed to record 3 shows but only get 2. They say oh thats weird but can't help you with it.

Cell and wifi are great but TV is way behind companies like Shaw and now I am stuck with it for 6 months. Would think there would be a trial period but i asked and they said no i am locked in for 6 months. I will be going back to satellite as soon as I can get out of this. Same price and way better pvr and i I can watch on internet when i am working out of town.
