I recently joined the CrossFit Rush and I LOVE IT! The team are all super friendly and amazing. The gym is super clean and perfect for people that prefer to exercise privately (not in a wake-in gym). I wish I would have had decided to join sooner. If you are thinking of joining I highly recommend contacting them for a consult!
