Service from the start was great. Looked at my vehicle and came up with quick estimate to the exterior of my vehicle. Once the vehicle was in for repair a closer look under the hood revised the estimate. Vehicle was repaired and ready to go as promised. Work looks great, car drive well and they even cleaned the car interior.

I brought my truck in back in May after a collision, they repaired everything well, you would never even know. They provide great customer service and are easy to work with. My sensors needed to be recalibrated and they got me back in and fixed it, no problem. I would recommend them for anyone looking to get work done!

Great Quality of work, but customer service is non-existent. Took my car to get fix, due to an accident, but had following issues dealing with the shop. 1. Had too follow-up with the shop regarding sending the estimate to the insurance company.
2. When the work was done, nobody took the time to explain what was done.
3. Almost $3,000 over the original estimate,.
4. Took the car to a competitive shop in Ottawa to get the work re-evaluated. The shop only took a reactive approach, versus a pro-active approach to addition work. Trunk panel didn't align with the body, bumper wasn't attached properly. Cam needed adjusted, hood of the car was loose.
5. Car was towed into Ottawa, with no explanation as to why or what worked was done on the car.
In the future, I won't be sending my car to this shop

Amazing Service ! i would 100% recommend this location to anyone!! they helped us with the insurance issues we were having and with the rental that we had been sent to the wrong location they made sure our experience was stress free ! Christ always does amazing work at the front ! Thanks again guys for all the amazing work!!

Hi Everyone, we recently had the misfortune of an attempted auto theft which resulted in extensive repairs. Our Claims Adjuster gave us some suggestions on where to take it for service. We decided on CSN Bemac Rockland Collision Centre. From the initial moment I walked into the shop I was pleased. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable, communicated progress updates and ensured all our concerns were addressed properly. I would recommend this company for your repair needs. It’s well run and managed. You don’t get that combination very often today.

I had my truck box painted here this summer and one month later paint was cracking and bubbling talk to manager he said that shouldn't happen for years but he talked to the owner and he said he won't warranty nothing 2000$ down the drain.Wouldn't recommend this place to no oneService: Paint repair
