“I am not one to write reviews; but without the help of Von my husband and I would not have made it to my daughter’s wedding. We were traveling to the church when our vehicle started making a weird sound.. we pulled over and found we had run over a piece of glass. Thankfully we were beside Carquest Auto Parts because I was on the verge of a break down. Within a minute of being in the parking lot a worker comes up to my window and asked if she could help. I explained the situation and she was so kind while also being efficient. She quickly got our spare tire and changed it out and we were on our way! I cannot say enough good things about this employee and establishment.”
