“While visiting Sarnia at Christmas, my brother's car that we were using wouldnt start (we had just self changed the cover on his key fob). We had it towed to Xtreme where it's been taken in the past. Though they were pretty booked after the holidays, they were able to make the time to determine the issue was with the key and not the car. The owner lifted my car and identified the problem, all for free. I offered to pay to diagnostic, but he did not take any money. “My wife and I were on a trip for the long weekend to Michigan pulling a 27 foot RV trailer. The engine light came on in my truck and we thought we should investigate further Before proceeding across the border into Michigan. We found this DNS website got directions to his garage and they had a technician come out, put the scanner and read the codes for my truck. It was determined that the truck wouldn’t run as smoothly but it’ll be OK for the small trip and we should be ok until we got back home. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. The office staff was very accommodating for our predicament. When I went to pay for this computer scan the lady in the front office said have a great vacation and send us on our way. Amazing!

“I had to be towed to After Hours Automotive for a dead battery. I cannot say enough good things about them! Everyone I interacted with was very professional and easy to deal with. We all know the dealerships would have taken a day to diagnose and then another to put in the new battery - with After Hours, I was back on the road in less than 24 hours after I had it towed in. Their shop rate is also incredibly reasonable!!

I just picked up my car two days ago and I was very happy with the results. Not only did Jamie give me the best price out of anyone else in the city, he communicated well every step of the way every time I had a question regarding my repair. My total repair cost ended up being less than what was originally quoted which was also a big win and I am very pleased by how honest he was regarding my invoice.
