“Stopped by with a failing belt on my 1989 Ford F-800. Although they don’t work on medium duty trucks like this, they took the time to help me. Scheduled it, ordered my belt, and had me up and going quickly! Rather than just looking up the existing belt number, he went out of his way to confirm online, and come to find out it was slightly too long!
