I had an amazing experience with Best Storage! The facility is clean, and secure. What really stood out, though, was the incredible customer service. Michelle was friendly, helpful and welcoming! I would definitely get storage here again! Highly recommend Best Storage, especially if you get to work with Michelle!

Michelle is absolutely wonderful; she is kind, friendly, very knowledgeable, helpful, and is great with communicating and responding quickly. I would definitely recommend Best Storage hands down, if you want a unit that is secure, safe, convenient, and cost effective this is the place for you!

They took a payment out on the 24th of the month and I vacated on the 28th and gave notice. The worker said I should get at least 3 weeks refunded but they decided not to refund anything saying the just changed their policy days prior. Great customer service, they are already renting out my storage unit.

Best storage, is a very nice, clean and safe drive-up storage facility. The staff has been quite friendly and accommodating thus far.The only reason I cannot give them a 5star review, is due to the fact that, they do not provide an option for 24hour access. If they were to implement that somehow, they would definitely merit a 5star review. Either way, i do recommend.
