Always takes A VERY LONG TIME when you need to see a teller because only one or two(if you're lucky) on.Please improve this customer wait time.

Not enough tellers the wait in line was too long. Client tied up a teller forever over her Cogeco payments what a waste. The banks never answer the phones. They are becoming frustrating

I tried calling today at 3 45 whoever hung it up 3 times on me I have been getting calls about an important item about my account This morning a BMO caller that had hardly no English speaking skills talked to my wife and this morning They said for us to take a look at our account to correct We said for her to do that it was her job Guess what? they called us again with a robo call I see this bank is not like they used to be Thinking of moving to another and not BMO Grrrr I have been there for 50 yrs Clean up your call display so a customer can call a rep easily

Went to this bank today like I usually do once a week to pay a bill and stood in line for 30 minutes, what a great service, only one teller working and the line was 12 people long sometimes. Some people even left before they got to the front of the line. The bank of Montreal only makes billions of dollars every year but they can't hire more tellers. Maybe it's time to try a different bank.

I went there twice for opening my kids account but they will give you an unrealistic appointment to comeback again although they do not have much customers in the branch. I wanted to open this account here as my car loan , my mortgage and my bank account is with them. Doesn’t look like they value customer relationship

Understaffed and horrible customer service.had the manger call me after they canceled my appointment for double booking. Said it would be a week to rebook and he would look into what I required. Nothing was done and email’s never got returned. Biggest mistake bringing my banking to BMO. Unacceptable.

Very hard to reach a real person. Leaving a message doesn't do much either. They say they will call you back within 2 hours and they don't.Frustrating

Had issues getting help at home branch so tried other local BMO.Had awesome help from teller and supervisor, i sadly can't recall names, but they quickly and painlessly resolved the problem. Would definitely recommend this branch to anyone lookjng to bank with BMO

*Update: the man I am speaking about is Lee.I have never had a good experience at this location. The middle-aged gentleman who works there is unprofessional at best. It is amazing to me that this branch supports this behaviour. I am a member of management at a store in the mall and we use this branch for our banking (deposits, change, etc.). Most times myself or another member of management from our store have to deal with this gentleman on a daily basis. He has blatantly criticized us and our company procedures to our face because it does not fit what is easiest for him. The last time I was at the bank, he went so far as complaining about another elderly customer to me to the point that I was extremely uncomfortable. As a manager myself, I would never complain about one of my customers to another customer. He has stated that he does not like the way we do our deposits and change runs because it’s creates more work for him despite us repeatedly explaining that this is our company policy and we have to comply with corporate rules. It has gotten to the point that all of my staff dread going to the bank because of this man and his unprofessional behaviour. It’s extremely unfortunate that all of this behaviour is prompted from merely asking this gentleman to do his job. I do not recommend this branch, especially if you are an elderly customer.

Wish i could give 0 stars.LEE at the counter is a power tripping joke.Banks claims they're here for people... absolute lie. This branch has absolutely horrible customer service.Teller spoke as if he weilded some great power, refused to take actions tellers at other locations had done, simply because he didn't want to.His demeanor and phrasing were incredibly patronizing and wrought with entitlement.Following up to owners response:I asked to speak to the manager that day, Lee informed me that they expressed that anything he said, they stood behind. And thus, did not wish/need to speak directly with me.I did submit formal report to corporate, and the review emails....No response.Not surprised that your response was lip service.
