Sarah Krohn thinks that their Client’s money grows on tree. Very irresponsible and careless. I asked her to close my RRSP account before any money being deposited into RRSP account and she said no worries I will do it but she didn’t close my account and I had been charged…. I had to go back to the bank and ask them about it again and they finally closed my account but they deducted 10% tax from my deducted amount…. So disappointed with there service…..

Booked an appointment with a financial advisor to talk about me wanting to get a house and everything that goes with it , line of credit, mortgage, etc .No more then 5mins of the advisor tapping on the key borad was told we can't help you ! With no other financial advice to help me in any way just we can't help you .At that time I had 25,000 in my account and still couldn't suggest anything else but we can't help you ! I have since pulled all my money out of my account because my 25,000 means nothing to cibc and is not worth any of their time to advise me on how I could get a house .Im ready to switch banks but have little faith in the whole banking financial system all together after that visit to a so called cibc financial advisor .It's a dam shame what the world gotten to for people like me and people like you ,oh lord what a dam shame .

Always only two employees work, expect to spend 20-30 mins waiting… cibc hire more people and those that you hire train them in customer service.. I’m moving to royal bank after today’s encounter. Thanks for 12 years

Horrible staff, rude to the point of being just down right mean. The so called "Manager of Client Advice" you know who you are, i won't say the name but you should be ashamed, and should not be the manager of anything but especially anything to do with interacting with people. She talked to me as if I was a piece of gum stuck to her shoe, so unprofessional it made me sick. Don't ever go there thinking you're worth anything or even exist for that matter. She was one of the worst people I've ever dealt with, and I mean ever in my life, anywhere.

Most disgusting service in any bank around, we've been with this bank for 30 yrs im the spouse. I'm retired with no income,I'm the spouse needed info from my bank, but because I'm not the financial earner they wouldn't address me and treated me like the dirt they walk in in the ground goingvto be changing bank for sure.

Poor customer service settling my Mother's estate.Difficulty closing my account .Feel that the management and staff didn't care at all.Canceled my Safety deposit box, closed accounts and moved to a Credit Union.

Wow. Well I deposited a check into my account with a teller, this teller decided he didn't want to or need to tell me that they were going to hold a portion of my check. So I go to pump gas and my card keeps getting declined even though I know there's money in there, super embarrassing. Then you call the bank because you can't make it there with your work hours, and you leave multiple messages on multiple different days and no one ever decides to call you back, ever. Their message tells you to call telephone banking if it's an emergency and when you call telephone banking they tell you that only the branch can release the hold. But since you can never make it into the bank because of work you are out of luck. So thank you to the wonderful staff at CIBC for making the beginning of my week just amazing. And I have been a client of theirs since 1993 and this is the way I'm treated isn't that just great.

Employee was so rude.I went to get coins at this location today and only two employees there. One was serving customer and other was just sitting there but kept her station closed. Upon asking she mentions I have to order coins ahead of time. (Seriously.!!!)I felt like she was working there forcefully. Then when giving coins her approach was rude enough or more resistive to make me feel not welcomed at this branch again.One of the worst baking service I have encountered so far.Definitely wouldn’t recommend visiting this branch again..!!!

Never have more then 2 tellers open... and dealing with them for a mortgage was terrible... I ended up moving my mortgage to another bank due to their lack of communication and urgency. They don't care about their customers... moving all my services dont bank here

I really loved their service. Especially the employee named Navjeet, she opened my new account and was so nice and polite. She even helped me to resolve some issues going on with my previous bank account. After all, I would suggest everyone to give a visit to this bank.

Employee are rude, i went there earlier she said she cant anything about on my deposited account that hold but i talk to a person in mobile banking that i need to go to cibc branch and i can get a full money.
