I wouldn’t bring these guys a hot wheels car to get fixed let alone something with an actual engine. Their prices are ridiculous they overcharge like crazy, now I know why the owner of the company is golfing every single day. The best part of the whole deal is the fact that they didn’t even fix the problem I came to them with in the first place! Wish I could put negative stars!

Excellent service, highly recommend! My snowblower was picked up with 48 hours of my call (October 2023). I spoke with Sam and advised that my snowblower was not starting and was inquiring in relation to having the unit looked at and tuned-up. To my surprise, the snowblower was returned promptly in excellent working condition. The Cutting Edge performed a tune-up which included a new plug and oil change. The starter was inspected along with all seals and belts. They flushed the tank and greased the drive, auger and bearings as well as cleaning the carb. The above service was performed for a very cost effective price. The pick up and delivery driver (Dave?) was also very service oriented. Thanks!

If I could put negative stars I would. I was ripped off and treated unfairly. Total crooks. Don’t go to this establishment. Unauthorized repairs $224 for a tune up on an old lawnmower. It would not start after their repair job And the handle for the pull cord came apart in my hand. I took it back to them and they charged me an additional $60. To repair the work that I payed for the first timeThey were rude belligerent and dishonest. This kind of business does not belong in SarniaI was ripped off

I took a lawnmower with blower attachment last fall and just asked them to make sure everything was hooked up properly they did some unauthorized work and $750 later I got my mower back

Had our Rototiller brought in, it was repaired apparently (unrelated issue) when we tried to use it at our first opportunity the pull will now not retract. We were not given the opportunity to see it run.When inquiry was made about this machine they said that it was working. So we now need to pay another fee to get it there, have it fixed and a fee to bring it back.Not happy at all.

Well ! STRIKE 2 ! So I call this business and explain to them the issue I’m having with my lawnmower , he tells me no problem , just bring in the serial numbers etc and I can order them up no problamo! WRONG ! I walk in this morning with the serial numbers where I’m met with a snarky whom I proceeded to tell why I was there and what I needed . He asked me what brand of mower it was I was seeking parts for to wit I replied the brand . Immediately he stated that he cannot get parts for that brand and refused to even look at the serial numbers for a possible cross matching of available parts . 3 years earlier I had dropped off my Husquvarna chainsaw for repair where it sat untouched for 6 months , I ended up picking it up unfixed and brought it to Mikes small engine repair where it was repaired the next day . AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE

The front sales staff Member Bart refused to look up a part number when asked to over the phone. He insisted that I remove and bring in the part instead. His complacency and extreme rudeness was highly uncalled for. To ask someone to drive to the store the morning after the storm of the year, when the roads are terrible, instead of simply communicating over the phone isn’t kind to say the least but to do it with such rudeness is simply just being an a-hole. In the store he continued his ingnorance with ludicrous theatrics about not bringing in the part as he “instructed”. In ended up he used the same part number I could have given over the phone, to look up the part. If it wasn’t for having to clear multiple driveways today following this winter storm, I would definitely have gone elsewhere and would highly recommend that others do too. Amazon has the part for nearly half the price after all, and I’m all for supporting the local guy but when the local guy treats you like garbage, it’s not worth it.

This week I called Cutting Edge because the auger of my snowblower stopped turning. That same day, they picked up my snowblower and in two days, brought it back. Repairs were reasonably priced, service was "five star", and workmanship excellent. I highly recommend them

I dropped off my snowblower to have a chute cable replaced and specifically told the girl I did not want a tune-up done. When I picked it up the guy charged $85 plus tax extra for tune-up and refused to remove or discount the charge which is 90 percent labour. While I was waiting I told him I would be back in spring to purchase a new lawnmower, that’s not happening. First and last time I’ll go there.

I have purchased at least 10 different items from Bart and the gang at Cutting Edge ever since they opened and I will tell you he has always been more than fair on price and has always excelled in the service area, I will continue to purchase from Bart as long as he is in business...Way to go guys!!!SECOND POST!!well Bart! 5 STARS AGAIN!!! I purchased an ECHO leaf blower the biggest one Bart had and this thing rocks! Even clears snow! Bart and his staff are always right there for me with prompt courteous service and advice! Keep it up guys! Doing GREAT!! George

These folks are easy to work with and very helpful. Had an issue with my chainsaw - showed me how to fix the issue. No charge. I have purchased two mowers from these people. I went to three farm dealers with an intent to buy my last mower. The customer service was non-existent. Guess I should have looked more like a farmer. Stuck with Cutting Edge and was treated like gold.

I have been dealing with this Sarnia company for many years. All of my experiences have been excellent. Great people. Very helpful. They are truly on the " Cutting Edge " for service, professionalism, and knowledge. I cannot understand how any one could have a bad opinion of this company or their owners or employees.
