Had a safety done on my business van in and out in a day!! Perfect service!
My truck gave them a hard time however, they continued working on it. Henry is amazing to deal with he really cares about servicing your vehicle properly !! They would have gotten 5 stars it just took a bit longer than I liked but it was out of their control !!

Made an appointment for a safety 8 days in advance. Dropped it off the day of appointment and they never looked at for 8 more days. No one ever called me to keep me posted. So I started calling everyday.Every time I called, three different people would answer the phone and no one seemed to know what was going on. On the 12th day they called me to tell me it was safetied but it had other issues. Told me I needed a new water pump, which I didn't. It was simply the upper hose clamp that was leaking after I changed both hoses. One of the issues I took it there for in the first place was a high idle issue. They kept telling me I had a vacuum leak. I changed out the lower carb gasket myself and it did run slightly better but still intermittently had high idle issues. I made another appointment dropped it off and on the second day they had it I just went in and grabbed my keys and took my vehicle. I will never go back to this place. Henry is nice but did call my Van silly which was not professional at all. Xtreme Auto is the best shop in town but they are way busy and are booking 3-4 weeks out most of the time.
