“Excellent location at a very affordable price. This is a student dorm with bookings for general visitors during the summer. No TV or lounge chairs, but did have a microwave and fridge. Short hop to downtown or beach. Great choice for a low cost stay”

“All in all a good place. Parking lot is rough, and the property is a bit dated overall. My room was clean and has all the amenities but the second floor appears to be smoking or someone had just walked in after smoking as the odor was strong.”
