This is the second time I’ve been to Jiffy Lube Sarnia. Both times they were efficient, kind and did a wonderful job. This past visit, I had a coupon which was sent to my email, but I had forgotten my phone at home. They still honoured the coupon, which I thought was very kind. All of the staff were very pleasant gentlemen. They do their job well, are quick and have never tried to upsell on anything. I will continue to go here for all my vehicles oil changes.

Always happy with Jiffy Lube but this location in particular is top notch. I’m actually from London but I work in Sarnia and I purposely go out of my way to go to this location. They are lightning fast and the cadre of techs seem like they really know what they are doing. You definitely get the sense these guys mean business. Every time I’m in and out within 10 minutes. Never had that level of service in London.

Within the past 24 hours my vehicle's battery gave out 2 blocks from my house. I called the Jiffy Lube in Sarnia and asked about getting a replacement battery. They offered to come by and pick me up at my house as I have a handicap and drove me to where my vehicle was parked. The young fellow named Trevor was so courteous and helpful. He gave me a boost so I could drive my vehicle to the Jiff Lube location on Exmouth Street in Sarnia. They replaced it very quickly and efficiently as well. I was actually due for an oil change so it worked out conveniently for me. I cannot express my gratitude towards the service team at the Sarnia Jiffy Lube location. They are always so helpful and courteous and quick. You cannot get better service so efficiently and respectfully and at a decent price. Keep up the good work guys.

I’ve been here for an oil change a handful of times and always feel taken care of. Of course they offer additional services while you’re there, but they also won’t push something on you that you don’t need. The guys in there are always very friendly and efficient.
