Hard to choose the LCBO over other, closer locations (now that convince stores sell wine and coolers) when the staff are so incredibly rude. Visited lcbo Monday around 6 and the lady working the one open register was rude to us. We got wine and beer, both things we could have gotten closer to home but we decided to support lcbo. No hello not even a look at either of us. No thank you. Not one word spoken to us. No asking if we need a bag when we had multiple items. The cans were also in such bad condition it was almost impossible to find undamaged cans. One of our cans exploded in the parking lot while walking to our car and I didn't even try to get it replaced because the staff were not even interested in checking us out so I could just imagine how helpful they would be with an product issue.

I don't understand how you can carry a couple of Okanagan ciders but not others. I asked but all I got was we don't carry it. Can it be ordered or is it particularly hard to get? I'm looking for the Okanagan Peach Cider.

They do not open at 10am on a Sundays. To add the opening manager was extremely rude yelling at customers who entered the unlocked door at 10:30 am. Says Google sucks for listing it that way when their stores say the same when you call it.

Wide assortment of wine, liquor, ciders, and beer. Kind of defeats the purpose of having separate beer stores.

Honestly, LCBO kinda sucks.
I moved to Ontario from Alberta, and I'm having trouble adapting to the system.
Out west you can buy beer, wine & spirits at the same store, and prices are cheaper. Most stores are open until midnight or 2am, and dont close on holidays. Why do people n Ontario put up with this?
