ABSOLUTELY AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE THE WORST IN TOWN!.. Dumb worker served me 2 days earlier without asking for ID then 2 days later won't serve saying I looked too young.. note 2 days prior she also was talking to Tery who knows me and also saw her serve me.. unbievablez way to ruin your reputation LCBO on lakeshore rd.

New worker who checked me out 2 days earlier refuses to serve beer to me today without valid ID.. doesn't remember me from 2 days earlier and says I looked under age with a full grown beard. Never going back again. What a joke... Get better staff. Very disappointing. The ID has my birthdate, covid extended it even though it said expired. Young dark native looking girl needs to be fired.

Today my 81 year old father went to the Lakeshore Rd store. He came home grinning ear to ear. He said the lady on the cash noticed his NAVY ball cap. She asked if he was in the NAVY. She thanked him for his service. He had tears in his eyes when he repeated her comment.In his 63 years since joining the Navy she is the very first person to ever thank him. I want to say a huge heartfelt thank you. You made his day and it was appreciated more than you’ll ever know.

I had the worst customer service experience I have ever had at any store in my life at this LCBO. The cashier was the most rude and disrespectful women to me and my 74 year old father. She snaped on me and my father for absolutely no reason. My family and I will never go back to this LCBO because of this women.

Didn't have the particular wine we were looking for though in general they have a decent selection and while not my go to store for liquid refreshments I have no complaints - staff friendly and helpful

Ya ... shop here if you enjoy being followed around like you are doing something wrong. Just went looking for some Glenfiddich which they were out of. Went to leave and noticed the lady that was following me tucked herself into the vintage area and stared me down through a space in the wall as I was leaving. Maybe just ask if I need help! Will stick to the other locations.
