This is the worst possible place to shop. My daughter had the worst experience today when she had to go twice as she was biking with her friend. In the second visit she asked for a bag, but the girl with black hair gave a sarcastic smile and said " You don't need a bag as you got it in your previous visit". My daughter had already lost the bag and she said that she still needed a bag. I know that these days we have to pay for the bag and my daughter would have paid if she was asked to. That girl made fun of her and insisted that you don't need a bag. I had been a regular customer of this store as I always buy milk and bread etc from there as it's closer to my house. But unfortunately, not any more. Just for a 25cent bag, the girl working there insulted her rather than being helpful . When I called and tried to ask the girl about what was the issue in giving a bag, she hung up on me !Worst possible customer service especially for a little girl

I only went here for a package left at their Canada Post department. The woman I dealt with was friendly, quick, and helpful. I would gladly revisit to send or receive parcels in the future.

Called to inquire if they had stock of something and the lady who answered the phone had no phone mannerisms at all and was very rude and very short with me. I don't normally use this store and certainly won't be using it in the future.
