We had a really good experience with a staff today. We're confusing about a product and a sales associate who helped us to find out the perfect one. She suggested me another store because they have the product I want in stock.

Poor customer service. Staff have attitudes. Asked for help twice in the past week.., different staff. Eye rolls and sighs. Even heard one say to another..” she’s pretty old to be shopping in here” excuse me. Old..and taking my business elsewhere. Kids today can be so ignorant.

Extremely rude staff. Male cashier gave so much attitude and sass. I don’t appreciate eye rolls and sighs. Great size selection. Decent prices. Good selection of clothing. Would be a 5/5 if they had different staff.

We had the best experience yesterday! My wife needed a new outfit for a casual wedding coming up. She is not one to wear blouses or real feminine clothing…difficult to please, to say the least. Once we got to the change room, we were greeted by Tiffany who was sweet and knowledgeable and she must have went to the front of the store to try to find my wife the perfect outfit 6xs!! But not long after…Nic showed up and they both were eager to help out..both returning to the change area with different ideas…(multiple times!)These kinds of trips to the store, to find the right outfit can cause a lot of stress…but these two blew us away with their style and kindness….it wasn’t too long and my wife walked out of the change room…LOVING her new outfit….thank you ladies!! You both were very sweet and very helpful!! I know customer service can be difficult….especially lately!! You should be proud and remember…..you can’t please everyone all the time!Thanks again ladies!!!

Looking for shorts for my son who is bigger and they never have his size in store, always one size smaller. He has to buy online which is really unfortunate. Everything else was great and prices were really good!
