I had an issue with the battery for my back up sump pump. Tyler went over the top to help me…he tried different batteries but the issue turned out to be the charger system. I have to tell you that Tyler was outstanding in his efforts to help me. I highly and I do mean highly, recommend Tyler. He was absolutely amazing, he took customer service over the top. The sexy man with the hand tattoos, beard and beanie is exceptionally helpful! He jumped into action to help us with our washer fluid nipples. He truly saved our lives today (Dec 18,2025)

The manager at this store as of Jan 2025 is very accommodating. He went the extra mile for me on a few occasions. Highly recommend!
Updated Dec 11 2025: the guy behind the counter at 1:30 today was hard to deal with. He kept insisting that he needed my ph number to pick up a battery I left to be charged even though I was the only guy that had been there with a battery recharge in the last day. The battery, which I bought there 7 months ago did not charge. He said it didn’t qualify for replacement because it replaced a previous battery that was defective. He said I would need the invoice from the first battery to get a no charge replacement. I question this and I wonder if it’s really a policy. I wish the manager ( gentleman with the long beard) wa there on that occasion. I ended up going to Carquest this time.

Went in with the part number I needed, gentleman behind the counter looked it up to find where it was in the store, came back with it very quick. I was in and out, no more than 5 minutes. Great guys behind the counter.

I ordered a part on Sunday they said it would be in on Monday at 3:30pm. They would call when it was in. I called Monday at 3:30pm and it wasn’t in. They said the part would maybe be in Tuesday prior to closing at 2pm. I call Tuesday because they clearly don’t know how to call their customers. The part is in. The lady on the phone tells me they close at 2pm. I show up at 1:10pm after work. The door is locked. There is multiple employees inside the store so I bang on the door. The guy comes to the door but won’t open the door. I explain to the guy I just spoke to someone on the phone who said my part was in and to come before 2pm. He said I’m not sure what you want me to do we’re closed. This is absolutely pathetic considering I just spoke to someone on the phone who told me that it was in and to come before 2pm. The guy proceed to tell me there is nothing he can do and to get off the property and walked away. Absolutely pathetic customer service!!!! Don’t go there.

Came in for a tool was told they didn't carry it and didn't rent it. Called later turns out they do carry and rent them. Bought the tool ,it broke ,bought another it broke . Rental didn't work. More training required for your staff

Last week, my van died in the Shoppers parking lot. I did not know what to do, so I walked across the street to ask their advice. One of the employees got a battery booster and came with me to see if she could boost it. It didn't work, but it was a wonderful service for a stranded person. When I need a part for a vehicle, I will be back. Thank you ?

Just waited 20 minutes for help at parts counter...one employee on the phone the whole time...the other arguing with a customer...the whole time. Someone finally comes out of the back and goes right to another customer that just walked in! Gave up and left...won't waste my time again!

Went in to get a cabin filter . All staff behind the counter and not to eager to ask me if i need help . Just found it unusual they were having there lunch at the counter . Counter looked like a pig pen .
