I have bought alot of vehicles over the last 40 years, brand new and used but I have never had such an amazing experience as I just had! Drew and everyone at Payless went above and beyond to put a deal together. Even though I bought a fairly less expensive vehicle, I was treated like royalty. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle, definitely 100% go and purchase here! It will be the best decision.

Alright, strap in for my Payless Automart review, because this Sarnia, Ontario gem is the used car equivalent of snagging the last slice of pizza at a party—pure gold! We met Drew, who’s basically a human confetti cannon of enthusiasm and know-how, so good at his job you’d swear he dreams in horsepower. The dealership runs smoother than a Wi-Fi signal at a tech convention—professional, seamless, and no weird used-car-lot energy. Their vehicle lineup? It’s like a car carnival, with a tasty spread of SUVs, trucks, and hatchbacks, all safety-tested and ready to zoom. Buying a car here was less stressful than picking a filter for your selfie. Payless Automart is the real deal—10/10, I’d let Drew sell me another ride faster than you can say “vroom”!

They do not cover their warranty I recently bought a jeep from them and I needed to replace my ball joints only 8000 kms in warranty covers up until 10k and Austin basically told me to take a hike. The warranty will not cover it even tho it states I'm covered up until 10k sure they make you feel at home treat you like gold because they want your money but as soon as a warranty issue hits your dirt they don't care stay away from this place they don't care and will screw you at any chance they get Austin is a problem he doesn't know how to treat people I had to reach out before to their manager about his conduct he swore at a client in the email so unprofessional!!!!

Have received the best service from Ron he is easy to deal with and takes care of his customers. I picked up my car Monday today Thurs called him as I noticed a problem. He got me in right away and got me a loaner vehicle until mine is taken care of. I highly recommend you go see Ron if you are looking for a vehicle.

Buying a new vehicle when you can’t see it in person is a daunting task. We were looking for a truck outside of the province we live when we happened to see a very clean truck for sale at Payless Automart. The team worked very hard to capture every aspect of the truck but there was something missed in that process. What impressed me so much is how the management handled my concern. They did not get defensive or try to make it my problem. They simply made it right and paid for what needed to be addressed. I fully expected a conflict and what I got was nothing but support and professionalism. I highly recommend them if you are in the market for a used vehicle. Customer service has eroded in the public sphere but this will not be your experience with this dealership. Thanks Payless Automart for the surprising and satisfying experience!

Everyone here is absolutely wonderful! I have gotten not one, but 4 vehicles from Payless auto. And every single time they have gone above and beyond to make sure I am a happy client/customer. I just made my second purchase from Payless. I am a repeat customer because of the fantastic staff and the customer service they provide. Everyone there is super nice and helpful as well as knowledgeable. They did everything in their power to help make both of my purchases as smooth as possible. Would recommend anyone to purchase from there. I have personally dealt with Ron, Austin and Joyce and they’re all amazing people.
