Normally I like coming here, I feel like I get a good deal for my money, but I just experienced incompetence when dealing with customer service representative regarding an open discounted product.
The product should have three diapers in the package and one was missing and it was discounted 25% when I tried to explain to the lady that is should at least be discounted 33% since a third of the product was gone, she tried to tell me that this was the store policy and it was still discounted.
This was not discounted. They are asking for 75% of the money for only 67% of the product.

One star should be zero stars. In-store products do not match (reflect) the website resulting in confusion. Using mobile pick up is pointless when you have to carry the item back into the store only for the manager to declare it's the same product and promise you that it is, even though the bag of dog food is different on the website resulting in you carrying the bag back out to your vehicle again. Recommended shop elsewhere!
